Charlie is the key inventor of Total Perspective and Involve Audio.

Charlie has worked for over twenty years inventing, evolving and building Electrostatic speaker technologies.

He is perhaps the worlds leading authority on Electrostatic Speaker technology and has personally resolved many of the problems which have beset this technology for over 70 years.

Other expertise includes high frequency switch mode power supply design, analogue, digital systems, lighting design, and firmware design.

David is a highly experienced sound engineer with expertise in speaker design and build particularly electrostatic speakers.

David has many years in audio technology with particular skills in testing.

He is an experienced engineer in printed circuit board design and DSP programming experience.

Brian has a Masters degree in electro mechanical engineering and is an Associate professor of electronics.

Formally a Chinese national, Brian has extensive experience in analog / digital embedded technology and mechanical control systems.

He has worked in the sound system arena for the past five years

Has a 25 year background in managing technology based companies.

He is the Managing Director of and partner in Labtam Pty Ltd, a printed circuit board company.

He has been an investor in technology companies for the last 20 years.

He has overseen the building of a number of software and hardware products and the sale of technology around the world including into the USA, Taiwan and Korea.

Rob is a mechanical engineer with a passion for good sound quality. As well as providing consulting services he runs a web-based electrostatic loudspeaker kit business.

Rob developed an interest in electrostatic loudspeakers after listening to some very expensive commercial ESL's in the late 1980's.

Rob has designed many ESL projects over the last 15 years ranging from large floor-standing to bookshelf speakers. He has also designed repair kits for aging commercial speakers such as the Quad 63 etc and helped their owners repair them economically. These items are actively marketed through E R Audio Pty Ltd.
